Message from the owners daughter of S.A.W. INC..... , "WE CANNOT HELP YOU RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR SEND PRODUCTS
TO MANUFACTURE IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH OUR PRODUCTS BECAUSE WE (S.A.W. INC) ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION WITH THE ATF!
WITH THIS SAID SAW INC CAN’T STAND BEHIND ANYTHING THEY SALE.
They should have this posted on their front door, so that everyone knows to shop elsewhere.
They will not offer a return, replacement, send it off, nor refund due to this matter. They didn’t tell me anything about this while they swiped my CC. IF A COMPANY CANT STAND BEHIND ANYTHING THEY SALE , WHY BUY FROM THEM???? Never never buy from here! I Purchased a Brand new $1200 KIMBER, but couldn’t get bullets to load in it (kept jamming) so, I took it back to ask for assistance in loading the bullets. I wasn’t there for anything other than help with loading the bullets. Present was the same salesman, and the owners Daughter who suggested I buy this gun and HYPED IT UP. They couldn’t get it loaded either, and told me they can do anything about it. They suggested I take it to the gun show and try to sell it. After spending $1200 I am stuck with this brand new DEFENSELESS FIREARM, AND Sir we can’t do anything about our LEMON PRODUCT WE SOLD TO YOU. And to top it off, one of the employees asked me if I knew where the door was??? Is this customer service? I knew where the door was when I came in and do you know where it is and we can step out together? BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS.
WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. I will take my review in consideration if they would at least offer some type of assistance on rectifying the problem.
They aren’t selling products to help you protect, they sell products that leave you defenseless and they only PROTECT themselves.
